- Scope
This Policy explains cancellation, refund and statutory withdrawal rights for ActionSEO. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail over any inconsistent provision. - Seven-day initial-purchase refund window
For the first purchase of an annual ActionSEO plan, the customer may request cancellation and a refund within seven calendar days after the purchase date.
This commercial seven-day window is intended to make the initial purchase clearer and lower-risk. It applies in addition to any mandatory consumer right that may apply.
Where Brazilian consumer law applies, nothing in this Policy restricts the statutory right of withdrawal for a qualifying distance purchase.
A request must be sent within the applicable period to [SUPPORT EMAIL] and include the account email and order number. We may verify identity and payment ownership before processing the request. - After the seven-day window
After the seven-day initial-purchase window, annual plan fees are normally non-refundable, except where:
mandatory law requires a refund or other remedy;
ActionSEO charged the customer more than once for the same order;
the payment was unauthorised and verified as such;
ActionSEO permanently discontinues the core paid service during the active term;
an uncured material failure prevents the core contracted service from being supplied; or
ActionSEO expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Failure to use the service, connect Google, run available checks, consume quotas, achieve rankings or obtain a particular commercial result does not by itself create a refund right. - Business customers
A business customer may use the commercial seven-day initial-purchase window described above unless a signed order form states different terms.
After that period, business purchases are non-refundable except for an uncured material breach by ActionSEO, an express contractual remedy or a right required by law. - Consumers outside Brazil
Consumers in other jurisdictions may have mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, conformity or refund rights. Nothing in this Policy removes those rights.
Where checkout requests immediate commencement of the digital service, that request is used only to the extent permitted by the consumer’s mandatory law. It does not remove any right that cannot lawfully be waived. - Renewals
ActionSEO annual plans are non-renewing unless checkout expressly states otherwise. A renewal requires a separate purchase.
A separately purchased renewal may be refunded only where mandatory law applies, where the renewal was charged in error, or where ActionSEO expressly offers a refund for that renewal.
If automatic renewal is introduced in the future, the applicable renewal, cancellation and reminder terms will be shown before purchase and will not apply retrospectively to earlier non-renewing orders. - Upgrades and plan changes
Where an upgrade is offered, any credit for the existing plan will be shown before payment. Previously paid fees are not automatically refundable because the customer later chooses a lower plan. - Service discontinuation or material failure
ActionSEO is provided as a hosted digital service. We may decide to discontinue ActionSEO permanently for valid business, technical, legal, security, provider, cost, operational or strategic reasons. If we decide to permanently discontinue ActionSEO, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to give affected customers advance notice and a reasonable opportunity to export available project data before access ends. Where possible, we may continue limited access until the end of the customer’s active paid access term, provide a replacement or alternative service, provide export access, provide service credit, or take another reasonable transition measure. If ActionSEO is discontinued before the end of an active prepaid annual access term and we do not provide continued access or a reasonably comparable alternative for the remaining period, affected customers will receive the remedy required by applicable law and, where appropriate, a proportionate refund or service credit for the unused prepaid period. Discontinuation does not create any right to compensation for loss of rankings, traffic, revenue, leads, sales, business opportunity, expected SEO results, or indirect loss, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law. After discontinuation, we may retain, delete or anonymise data in accordance with the Data Retention and Portability Policy, the Privacy Notice, tax/accounting obligations, fraud prevention, security needs and legal obligations. Temporary maintenance, third-party outages, search-engine changes, ranking fluctuations, unavailable optional beta functions and reasonable queues do not automatically create a refund right. - Refund consequences
When a full refund is approved:
paid ActionSEO access may be revoked;
new crawls, imports and checks may be disabled;
connected third-party access may be disconnected;
project data will be handled under the Data Retention and Portability Policy; and
tax or fiscal documents may be cancelled or adjusted where legally required.
Approval of a refund does not require ActionSEO to preserve access to paid features after the refunded amount has been returned. - Legacy lifetime purchases
Refund rights for a legacy lifetime purchase are governed by the product description, terms and mandatory law applicable at the original purchase. A later introduction of annual pricing does not itself create a refund right or remove an existing entitlement. - Chargebacks
Please contact contact@yourseoebook.com before initiating a chargeback so that we can investigate the order. Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising a lawful payment-dispute right.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in proportionate account restriction and evidence being supplied to the payment provider. - How to request cancellation, withdrawal or a refund
Email contact@yourseoebook.com with:
customer name;
account email;
order number;
purchase date;
whether the purchase was primarily personal or business use; and
a short explanation, where legally relevant.
We will acknowledge the request and communicate the outcome through the registered account email. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible. Payment-provider processing times may apply.
