ActionSEO Acceptable Use and Fair-Use Policy

Effective date: 14 July 2026
Version: 1.13
This Policy protects ActionSEO customers, connected websites, third-party services and infrastructure.

  1. Authorised use
    Use ActionSEO only for websites, properties, accounts and data you own or are authorised to manage. Agency users must obtain appropriate client authority.
  2. Prohibited conduct
    You must not:
    access accounts or data without authority;
    evade project, keyword, crawl, rank-check, rate or user limits;
    automate requests in a manner that overloads the service;
    launch denial-of-service activity, malware, credential attacks or vulnerability exploitation;
    crawl prohibited, private or access-controlled areas without authority;
    upload executable, malicious or deceptive files;
    use ActionSEO to infringe privacy, intellectual property or other legal rights;
    resell or share hosted access unless the plan permits it;
    use reports to make misleading guarantees;
    attempt to extract source code or security secrets except where mandatory law permits;
    use a connected third-party service in breach of that provider’s terms.
  3. Crawl controls
    Crawls may be queued, rate-limited or paused to protect target websites and ActionSEO infrastructure. Customers must respect robots, access controls, website-owner instructions and applicable law.
    Pages-per-crawl and crawls-per-period are measured as stated in the plan. “Per domain” limits are not pooled unless the plan says otherwise.
  4. Keyword and competitor checks
    Each combination of keyword, country, language and device may consume a separate check. Repeated checks, additional countries and additional devices may consume additional quota.
    Competitor tracking must use an approved data source or customer-imported data. Customers must not use ActionSEO to conduct unlawful automated collection.
  5. Fair use
    Even where a feature is described as unlimited, use must remain consistent with normal human-operated SEO management for the purchased plan. We may intervene where activity is abusive, automated beyond the intended use, creates unreasonable infrastructure cost or materially affects other customers.
    Before restricting legitimate use, we will normally provide notice and an opportunity to adjust, except where immediate action is needed for security or legal reasons.
  6. Enforcement
    We may warn, rate-limit, queue, temporarily suspend or terminate affected functions in proportion to the conduct and risk. Serious unlawful, or malicious use may result in immediate suspension and reporting to appropriate authorities.
  7. Reporting abuse
    Report suspected abuse to contact@yourseoebook.com
